A teenage girl from Russia, severely injured and pregnant, stumbles into a London pharmacy. As she loses consciousness, she is swiftly transported to Trafalgar Hospital on December 20th.

Anna seeks out Semyon, the owner of the Trans-Siberian Restaurant and a figure tied to the Russian mafia. Despite her family's mixed reactions, she presses on, hoping to uncover more about Tatiana's life.
