Turbo is a hungry fighter who seeks enrollment at Dragon Tiger Gate. After humble beginnings, he trains under Master Qi and develops discipline and new technique, proving his worth alongside Dragon and Tiger. He eventually earns redemption and a new moniker after joining the final clash.

Shibumi is the formidable master of the Luocha Cult, orchestrating Hong Kong’s drug trade from the shadows. He commands fearsome Kung Fu masters and tests Dragon and Tiger with strategic cruelty. He is the ultimate antagonist whose defeat marks the Gate’s resurgence.

Ma Kun is the Triad boss who raised Dragon after his mother’s death and receives the Luocha Plaque as a symbol of the cult’s authority. He embodies the criminal underworld and becomes a target for Dragon’s quest to reclaim justice.

Ma Xiaoling is Ma Kun’s daughter who longs for a simple life and becomes a supportive anchor for Dragon after Ma Kun’s death. She forms a bond with Tiger and fears Shibumi’s return.
