Day Shift

While on a routine job as a pool cleaner, Bud Jablonski unexpectedly encounters a pair of vampires. This chance meeting ends with him successfully defeating them, leading him to collect their fangs, which reveals his hidden profession as a vampire hunter.

After defeating the vampires, Bud discovers that the fangs from older vampires, known as 'Elders,' are highly valuable. This realization motivates him to aim for a significant payout from his vampire hunting exploits.

Bud faces increasing financial pressure from his ex-wife, Jocelyn, who plans to move to Florida with their daughter Paige due to high private school fees. With only seven days left to raise the necessary funds, he feels the urgency to act.
