Shots of a car racing down a road are intercut with kinky sexual vignettes, such as a woman on a whip riding a man. The car crashes into a tree, decapitating the male driver (Christian Chaix). The injured female passenger (Marie‑Paule Mailleux) retrieves his head, returns home, washes herself and the severed head, and prepares a meal for both. She buys the head a Ken Doll, mounts it on a mannequin, and experiences surreal hallucinations—including sexual encounters with the bloodied lover and dancing alone under a spotlight—before finally having sex with the head and discarding it in a trash bin.
