Thejaswini’s parents are aging, and her only sibling is her elder brother Bijesh, who has cut ties with her, adding a layer of personal pressure to her modern ambitions.

During a mudiyattam ritual at a local temple, Thejaswini experiences a wrenching accident that leaves her smartphone temporarily unusable. In search of a cheaper backup phone, she stumbles upon an unfamiliar brand, Liza, listed on a local reseller site. The deal includes a free gift and an alluring price, and the moment the phone lands on her desk, a cluster of unnerving events begins to ripple through her life. What starts as odd coincidences soon escalates into anything but ordinary disturbances, seeping into her work, her identity, and even her body. Though shaken by the inexplicable events, Clement enlists the help of his friend Ramachandran [Shyamaprasad], who urges him to lay aside stubborn scientific ego and embrace a more unorthodox approach. The trio recognizes that conventional methods won’t suffice, and they decide to experiment with containment strategies that hinge on balancing energy — a Faraday cage to trap the negative energy inside a surrounding positive field. In a desperate moment of trial, they incubate the Liza device in an oven, hoping the improvised containment will give Thejaswini a temporary reprieve by raising the selfie-timer from 1 to 2.

Yet time remains cruelly short, and the group realizes that an oven cannot hold back the force forever. They hatch a plan to commission a full-scale Faraday cage, built to exacting specifications and with a price tag that strains their resources.
