Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie

Sakura successfully seals the Arrow Card with help from her friends Syaoran, Kero, Tomoyo, and Meiling. The victory strengthens her resolve to master the Clow Cards as new threats loom. Her friends cheer the success and acknowledge the growing power of the Clow Cards.

That night Sakura experiences a strange dream where two pieces of cloth pull her underwater. The dream hints at a looming danger tied to the floating clothes and introduces a recurring mystery. She wakes unsettled.

During spring break, Sakura and Tomoyo visit Twin Bells and take part in a lottery to win a vacation to Hong Kong. A magical ball unexpectedly flies into Sakura's hand, sealing the prize. The moment feels fate-like as the trip becomes real.

Sakura travels to Hong Kong with Tomoyo, Kero, Toya, and Yukito Tsukishiro to claim the vacation prize and explore the city. The group enjoys the city tour while Sakura's dreams continue to haunt her.

On the city tour, Sakura experiences the dream again, now featuring two malevolent birds and a mysterious woman in floating clothes. The vision foreshadows the danger tied to these entities. Her friends remain unaware of the full significance.

At the Yuen Po Street Bird Garden, Sakura spots the birds and follows them through the city until they lead her to an old water well. The clothes emerge from the well and hypnotize her, pulling her toward danger.

Syaoran arrives to scare away the birds and reunites Sakura with the others at the Li family estate. There, Sakura meets Syaoran's sisters and his mother Yelan, who senses the danger Sakura faces.

Yelan warns Sakura that the woman is extremely powerful and deliberately contacting her. The group stays the night as Sakura contends with the looming threat.

The day after, Syaoran and Meiling accompany Sakura and the group around Hong Kong to be ready if danger arises. They continue to search for signs of the mysterious woman and the birds.

The group spots the birds again and chases them to an antique store where they discover an old book bearing the woman's image. Sakura becomes hypnotized and opens the book, flooding the shop and transporting the group to a dimension where the woman dwells.

Inside the dimension, the birds are revealed to be remnants of her clothes. The sorceress Madoushi attacks Sakura, blaming her for summoning Clow Reed and explains part of her backstory.

Sakura's friends are captured, except for Syaoran, while Madoushi attempts to bargain for their freedom. Sakura escapes with Kero and Tomoyo back to the antique store, only to discover the book has vanished. Kero explains Madoushi's feud with Clow and how she ended up sealed.

Sakura realizes the well on the book cover is another entrance to Madoushi's prison. She heads to the well and confronts the looming threat.

Yelan breaks the shield around the well to allow Sakura and Kero to enter, and Sakura confronts Madoushi. The sorceress uses Sakura's friends' magic to escape her prison.

Sakura fights Madoushi with the Arrow Card, learns that Clow is dead, and Madoushi dissolves into water, freeing Sakura's friends. Although Toya and Yukito have no memory of the events, Sakura hints that they might need to return to Hong Kong someday.
