Three men bury a burning body in a secluded field, signaling the start of a brutal vendetta. This quiet act marks Bull's vow to seek vengeance on everyone connected to his betrayal.

Bull resumes his pursuit of revenge, murdering an unidentified man in the street. He then targets Cheryl, the sister of his ex-wife, and her husband Ollie, killing them in their home.

Following the street attacks, Bull locates and kills Marco, one of the gangsters implicated in his past betrayal. The killing demonstrates Bull's unrelenting drive to punish those involved in his downfall.

Ten years earlier, Bull is an enforcer for Norm and a feared member of the gang. His violent temper isolates him from friends and family. He discovers Gemma's affair with Gary and her heroin use, while Norm pushes for divorce and custody to exploit Gary's drug connections.

Bull is abducted by Norm's crew, taken to an abandoned caravan, where he is burned alive and shot in front of his son, Aiden. Clive seals the boot as Bull is taken away, leaving those around him to grapple with the brutal, unexplained death.

Bull locates Aiden, traumatized and under a bridge, and carries him to a church to keep vigil through the night. The next morning, the vicar—Norm's ex-wife—sees Bull at the altar, recoiling in fear as his eyes are revealed.

Flashbacks confirm Bull's eyes are black, implying a deal with the devil and a resurrection. He begs the vicar to help save Aiden and leaves money for his son's care.

In the final scene, Bull returns to the field where he was buried and kneels as smoke rises from his body, signaling that his time on Earth is ending. His vendetta is complete, and the deadly cycle seems to move toward a return to Hell.
