Anne, a young college student, starts her night shift at an all-night filling station, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. As she settles in, a sense of unease fills the air, foreshadowing the night's eerie events.

In the final segment, Brent Matthews, a Major League Baseball player, faces life-altering challenges after a car accident leads to the loss of his left eye. Struggling with his identity, he opts for experimental surgery to restore his vision with a donor's eye.

With restored sight, Brent's initial elation quickly turns to horror as he begins experiencing unsettling visions tied to his donor, a notorious serial killer. His mental health begins to unravel under the pressure of these sinister apparitions.

In a bid to stop the visions and save his wife, Brent decides to cut out the transplanted eye. Tragically, this act leads to fatal consequences as he succumbs to bleeding, reinforcing the film's chilling themes of loss and regret.

In the epilogue, the coroner concludes his storytelling only to be interrupted by a disturbing noise from outside. In a horrifying twist, he reveals that he has been living as a cadaver himself, wrapped inside a body bag.
