On the day of their engagement, Roy's deception is exposed and Simmi ends the relationship. The shock leaves him shaken, and he sinks into heavy drinking as he questions what the future holds.

Six months pass and Dittu and Jassi try to swindle Roy but fail to gain any traction. They pivot to a bigger target, a doctor named Dr. Bhalerao, and a fragile alliance begins when Roy intervenes to help the doctor after a prior scam left him indebted.

Reluctant at first, Roy agrees to teach Dittu the tricks of the trade. The two test their skills together, starting with a practice run that targets a trusting family, setting a dangerous rhythm in motion.

Their schemes escalate from deceiving a trusting family to targeting a group on black money, fueling the thrill of the con. A bold outing leads them to a club, where Roy's dizziness returns and trouble looms.

Roy is rushed to the hospital after another dizzy spell at the club. A CAT scan performed by Dr. Bhalerao reveals a brain tumor with a grim prognosis of about three months to live.

Simmi continues as a restaurant manager and becomes engaged to a man she doesn't truly love. Roy tries to tell her the truth about his health, and after meeting the doctor, she begins to believe him and they start rebuilding their friendship.

It's revealed that Dittu's father and others were duped by Chandru Parekh. Motivated to right the past, Roy resolves to help Dittu confront Chandru and recover the stolen wealth, even as his own health wanes.

Roy and Dittu prepare to challenge Chandru and retrieve the wealth that ruined their families. The plan tightens as Simmi's involvement hints at deeper layers within the deception.

In the heat of the confrontation, Simmi is kidnapped by Chandru Parekh. Roy rushes to rescue her, but Chandru pushes him from a building terrace; Roy survives by landing on an inflated square.

Back at the hospital, an MRI seems to confirm something is wrong, yet the scene is strangely quiet: the hospital is closed, and Roy discovers that the supposed cancer is not real.

A twist reframes everything: the sequence up to this point was staged—Dittu, Chandru, and Simmi orchestrated the ruse to pry Roy away from his old life. It was a controlled plan designed to wake him to a better path.

With the truth revealed, Roy chooses to change course and pursue a life grounded in integrity. The film ends on a note of redemption, trust rebuilt, and a second chance at a better life.
