Simmi works as a restaurant manager and is engaged to a man she doesn’t truly love. After Roy’s illness story surfaces, she begins to believe him and gradually reconnects with him, sparking a rebuilding of trust and friendship. Dr. Bhalerao is the physician Roy encounters who performs a CAT scan and reveals the supposed brain tumor. Chandru is the veteran fraudster whose past schemes have harmed Dittu’s family and others.
