Bhaskar Oru Rascal

Bhaskar, a crass and rowdy business tycoon, inherits his father's textile and real estate businesses, handling complex situations with his rough behavior. His persona earns him the nickname 'Rascal,' and he navigates challenges in his professional life while being a single parent to Aakash. His authoritative stance makes him a prominent figure in his community and among his family.

Bhaskar meets Anu, Shivani's mother, at the school where Shivani studies. Anu, also a single parent, has a tense initial interaction with Bhaskar, especially during an altercation involving Shivani, which leaves both with a complicated impression of each other. Shivani, impressed by Bhaskar's heroism, begins to look up to him as a father figure.

During a felicitation event featuring actress Kalyani, Bhaskar is mistakenly identified as her love interest due to a comedic incident. This mistake causes trouble when Kalyani's actual love interest sees the news and severs ties with her, prompting Bhaskar to try and rectify the situation.

Bhaskar attempts to clear the misunderstanding by meeting Kalyani's love interest, but he is insulted and retaliates by thrashing him at his office. The incident is captured by the press, bringing undesirable publicity and placing Bhaskar in a negative spotlight.

Aakash faces mockery from classmates due to his father's recent scandal, leading Shivani to defend him physically. Bhaskar intervenes to resolve the conflict, earning some respect, while Anu disapproves of Shivani's aggressive behavior and argues with Bhaskar about her upbringing.

Anu shares her tragic backstory involving her late husband Sanjay, who had a violent past and was killed after retaliating against thugs who had misbehaved with her. She fears Shivani inheriting her aggressive nature and warns her about the dangers of such behavior.

The children, Shivani and Aakash, wish for their parents to marry, leading them to spend time with Bhaskar and Anu. Bhaskar shows interest in Anu, but she remains distant, cautiously trying to understand his genuine nature while maintaining her emotional barriers.

During a birthday party for Shivani attended by a small group, a mysterious guest claims to be Sanjay. Anu reveals her unclear past and exposes Sanjay as a dangerous criminal and sharpshooter involved in murder and espionage, which shocks everyone present.

After learning the full extent of Sanjay's atrocities and her traumas, Anu chooses to move to Canada with Shivani to escape the threat Sanjay poses. She initially agrees to marry Bhaskar to protect herself and her daughter but ultimately backs out, fearing for their safety.

Anu and Bhaskar travel to Kolkata to retrieve a hard disk containing crucial information on plutonium mines, only to be kidnapped by Sanjay’s father demanding it. A fierce fight ensues, resulting in Bhaskar killing Sanjay and his father to protect everyone.

After the confrontation, Aakash and Shivani are rescued, and the family cancels their plans to emigrate. Bhaskar and Anu get married, uniting the family, while Shivani expresses her happiness and admiration for Bhaskar’s protective nature.

A few months after their marriage, Anu becomes pregnant with Bhaskar’s child, symbolizing hope and beginning of a new chapter for the family. The story concludes with a sense of resolution and renewed familial bonds.
