In the village, an annual temple festival becomes the flashpoint between Raghava and Venkat Reddy. Venkat Reddy's son sabotages the festival and ends up dying after being locked in a room, an accident that Vijay takes the blame for. He is arrested to shield his father from disgrace.

Vijay returns from jail and goes on a rampage against Venkat Reddy's men, catching the attention of his father. Raghava, furious at his son's violence, expels Vijay from the house. This marks a crucial turning point that pushes him toward Hyderabad and David's orbit.

Vijay relocates to Hyderabad and assumes the alias Bhai, becoming David's trusted enforcer. From then on, his life is defined by mafia operations and his growing distance from his past family.
