Be Forever Yamato

The Black Nebula Empire lands a massive fortress on Earth and wipes out Earth's space fleets. They publicly threaten to detonate a bomb that can destroy all life on Earth unless humanity surrenders. The invasion sets a countdown to catastrophe for Earth.

Kodai and the Yamato crew discover the ship has been secretly rebuilt and prepared for a bold strike against the Black Nebula home world. They set course to confront the invaders and defend Earth from annihilation. The mission marks a revival of Yamato's long-range warfare.

During a reconnaissance, Yuki is captured by Black Nebulan intelligence officer Aphon who becomes infatuated with her. He tries to escort his romantic scheme, hoping to sway her views and break the resistance. His obsession hints at dangerous loyalties while the mission unfolds.

Realizing Yuki expects Kodai to be alive, Aphon frees her, and she escapes to join the human resistance. Her decision strengthens Earth’s forces with Yamato's morale and renewed spirit. The dynamic shifts as she fights alongside humanity against the invaders.

The Yamato crosses the Black Nebula and lands on a planet that looks like Earth. They are greeted by Lord Scaldart, who reveals that this world is Earth 200 years in the future and explains their time-travel conquest plan. The revelation deepens the mystery around time and destiny.

Scaldart narrates the Yamato's history from 2202 to 2402, culminating in the ship's destruction and warns that returning to their own time would seal a grim fate. He refuses to let them go, offering instead a place to remain on the future Earth. The crew declines but the seed of doubt is planted.
