Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus

On her birthday, Princess Annika sneaks outside to skate without permission. She returns with a polar bear cub named Shiver, described as possibly dangerous. The overprotective King Marcus and Queen Elvina forbid her from skating ever again.

Feeling stifled by the ban, Annika sneaks out to join a village skating festival that very night. She enjoys the freedom of the ice and the company of the village, briefly forgetting her royal duties.

A powerful sorcerer named Wenlock appears and demands that Annika marry him. When she refuses, he petrifies the entire village and even her parents, leaving her to face the danger alone.

Annika is rescued by Brietta, a winged horse, who carries her away toward safety. Wenlock ominously warns that he will not be denied.

In the Cloud Kingdom, Cloud Queen Rayla explains that the Wand of Light can defeat Wenlock only if it is formed from courage, love, and a gem of ice lit by hope. Brietta hesitates, fearing past failures.

Annika convinces Brietta to forge the Wand of Light together, and the two set off to gather its missing pieces. The quest begins as they depart the Cloud Kingdom.

Their journey leads them to the Forbidden Forest where they meet Aidan, a skilled blacksmith with a troubled past. His presence joins Annika and Brietta in their mission to defeat Wenlock.

Shiver and Annika tumble into a giant's stew, and Annika's hair ribbon, her exact height, magically transforms into a staff for the Wand of Light. The moment marks the first tangible power of their quest.

A gem dealer Ferris provides a map that leads to a cavern glittering with ice gems. Annika and Aidan each claim a gem, and Brietta offers her tiara to complete the ring of love.

Aidan smiths the Wand of Light from the gathered components, and Annika uses it to transform Brietta back into a human. This marks a turning point in their struggle against Wenlock.

Returning, Brietta is knocked unconscious in the chase as Wenlock pursues them. The wand is damaged and the gem falls into the sea, prompting Aidan to offer his own gem as a substitute.

Facing a perilous choice, Annika initially agrees to marry Wenlock to spare her people, but she ultimately rejects vengeance. Her love for family and subjects breaks Wenlock's spells, restoring the ex-wives and dissolving the kingdom's enchantment.

Wenlock loses his power and the kingdom’s spell dissolves. Annika and Brietta reunite with their parents and celebrate the restored peace.

In the Cloud Kingdom, Annika and Aidan share a quiet moment skating as Rayla lifts the Wand of Light into the sky. It shines as a star, a beacon of courage, love, and hope for all who call the realm home.
