Baramulla

Ridwaan Sayyed arrives in Baramulla with his family to investigate Shoaib's disappearance. They are given an old villa as their residence, and Ridwaan begins to assess the case. The atmosphere is tense as the locals greet them with suspicion.

In the police station, Ridwaan argues that the magician is not the kidnapper and questions the obvious lead. He hints at a deeper conspiracy driving the disappearances. His stance puts him at odds with inspector Shaukat Ali and sets the tone for a more complex investigation.

Strange happenings begin at the villa: Ayan finds a box of sea shells under a floorboard, and Noorie complains of a dog smell and notices Iqbal taking food to a closed room. Gulnar discovers an uncorked bottle of her perfume in the cupboard. The family feels watched as the strange events hint at supernatural forces at work.

The locals react with hostility to Ridwaan's arrival, scrawling the word Kaafir on the villa walls. The Sayyed family feels isolated and increasingly unsettled by their surroundings. The social pressure compounds the personal strain on the family while the investigation deepens.

Ridwaan and Shaukat visit Ansaari, Shoaib's father, and go to the local public school to speak with students. He meets Zainab, the principal, and learns that Noorie attends the school. Noorie struggles to make friends but begins to form a tentative bond with Khalid.

Noorie's social life at school remains difficult as she keeps apart from peers and stays wary of her surroundings. Khalid's friendship offers some support, though the case casts a long shadow over her days. The investigation starts to touch everyday life inside the school.

One night Noorie spots the shadow of a dog and investigates the attic corridor. She finds a dog saliva–covered stick on the porch, triggering her severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction. Gulnar and Ridwaan rush to administer an epipen and save her, deepening the emotional chasm between father and daughter.

Another boy disappears near Kanli Bagh while fishing, leaving behind a lock of hair similar to Shoaib's. Afzal, the leader of a stone-pelting group, destroys evidence leading to a shootout in which he is killed and his associate escapes. A recovered pen drive contains an audio clip titled 'Bhaijaan' that cryptically reveals student identities at the local school.

Noorie is abducted by shadowy entities from the villa, leaving behind a hair. A sketch of the unknown boy points to Khalid Dar, and Ridwaan raids Khalid's home. A video surface showing Noorie claiming to join militants shocks him and tightens the case around radicalization.

Gulnaar encounters a shadowy spirit wearing a Dejhoor and is led to a hidden room behind the cupboard filled with Kashmiri Hindu symbols. She realizes the villa's past occupancy by Kashmiri Pandits and begins to connect the dots with Noorie's case. Ridwaan remains skeptical, but the haunting grows stronger.

A flashback reveals the Sapru family's massacre in Reasi, Jammu: Dr. Kamlanand Sapru, his wife Mansi, their daughter Eela Sapru, and caretaker are attacked by militants. Eela is killed, Mansi dies, and Iqbal loses his tongue for aiding the Kaafirs. Eela and Mansi rise as protective spirits to defend the innocent.

Iqbal is possessed by a female spirit and Gulnaar is taken to a shadow dimension where she learns the missing children are being protected. The vision reveals the next abduction target, Yassir, Juneid's nephew. The revelation links past trauma to present danger and intensifies the investigation.

Khalid confesses that the operation is funded by ISI and led by a secret leader, Bhaijaan, with Juneid as area commander. The plan involves abducting local children for militant training, with some officials complicit. Ridwaan processes this human conspiracy alongside the supernatural clues.

Ridwaan confronts the transport network and shoots the exporter to stop Yassir's movement. Yassir seizes the exporter’s rifle and a shadowy intervention abducts him in front of Ridwaan. The crisis shifts from criminal conspiracy to a supernatural crisis.

The villa is attacked by militants; two officers are killed and the Sayyeds hide as memories of the past surface. Gulnaar is possessed by Mansi's spirit, and a vengeful dog spirit attacks the militants. The siege ends with Juneid captured and Zainab revealed as Bhaijaan, shocking Ridwaan and Gulnaar.
