Balu

Daasanna warns the Mahankali market crowd about trouble from rival rowdies. Balu sets up a new flower stall in the market and, by pretending to worship Daasanna's mother, secures relief from taxes imposed by Daasanna.

Balu arrives in the city with his mother Rajeswari Devi, his sister-in-law, nephew, and a friend. Their arrival brings new hope to the market people, who are impressed by his confident style and willingness to mollify the rowdies.

Balu meets Swetha and their meeting quickly erupts into a clash, establishing a heated rivalry between them. The animosity sets the stage for the evolving relationship and ongoing conflict.

That night, Balu's mother walks into an empty bungalow and faints, overwhelmed by memories of past violence. She recalls the day her husband and son were killed for supporting the market's rights.

The next day Swetha visits the hospital to see Balu's mother and unexpectedly falls in love with Balu. She gathers courage to propose, but Balu rejects her advances.

Balu, aided by Daasanna, plans to steal the Mahankali market documents from Nayudamma who holds them for Khan's purchase. To protect Nayudamma, Balu foils a bomb plot that would have killed him. When Khan arrives, he discovers Balu is Ghani, a former operative in his employ.

In a flashback, Ghani's brutal past is shown and his path toward change begins after meeting Indu. Indu, in turn, changes as she gains courage through Ghani's influence.

Ghani takes on Khan, who retaliates by attempting to kill children in an orphanage. The showdown heightens the danger and emotional stakes for the protagonists.

Khan resolves to kill Ghani and Indu, intensifying the threat faced by Ghani/Balu and Indu. The plot deepens as their enemies close in on them.

Ghani and Indu reach Agra, Indu's hometown. There, it is revealed that Rajeswari Devi is Indu's mother, linking past and present generations.

Indu changes Ghani's name to Balu, signaling a rebirth and a deeper bond between them. The renaming cements his new identity in the struggle ahead.

The present timeline resumes as Balu accepts Indu's love the next day. Khan's rowdies strike, killing Indu and intensifying Balu's resolve to fight for the market and her family.

Balu promises Indu's family that he will protect them and continue fighting for the rights of the Mahankali market. The vow becomes the driving force of his mission.

Balu fights through illness and an accident on the road, yet rises again to face Khan. The confrontation marks a renewed effort to end Khan's tyranny.

In the climactic duel, Khan is killed and, twenty years later, the people secure the rights to the Mahankali market. The long struggle culminates in a hard-won victory for the community.
