Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever

Michael Gant returns home with his mother Vinn when his life is turned upside down. He is kidnapped by Sever, an ex-DIA agent, who quickly brings chaos to his world and overcomes his security team with ruthless efficiency.

FBI agent Jeremiah Ecks, still mourning the loss of his wife Rayne in a car bombing, receives a call to action from his former superior, Julio Martin. He learns about Michael's kidnapping and is presented with a chance to find hope in the case.

As Ecks digs deeper, he uncovers Sever's disturbing past. Once an adopted Chinese girl trained by the DIA in espionage, Sever now embodies a merciless adversary, escalating the dire situation for Michael.

Robert Gant, Michael's father, resorts to drastic measures by eliminating the last member of Michael’s security detail. This shocking act marks the intensifying danger surrounding Michael under Sever's control.

Ecks decides to collaborate with Martin and Canadian agent Harry Lee in Vancouver, where Sever takes refuge. Their alliance aims to confront Sever, who has proven to be a formidable threat.

While pursuing Sever, Ecks stumbles upon a sinister plot involving a weapon referred to as Softkill. This experimental nanorobot implanted in Michael could wreak havoc by inducing fatal heart attacks.

Ecks and his team converge on Sever at a crowded shopping plaza. An intense gunfight ensues; however, Sever's combat skills turn the tide as she decimates their forces, leaving only chaos in her wake.

After Sever eliminates Martin during the plaza confrontation, Ecks finds himself in a fierce duel with her. Just when it appears that Ecks is doomed, elite agent Ross intervenes, allowing Sever to escape.

Branded a fugitive for Martin's murder, Ecks is transported to jail when a surprising turn of events occurs. Sever ambushes the transport, freeing Ecks and prompting a thrilling car chase.

Ecks experiences a profound revelation at an aquarium, where he unexpectedly reunites with Rayne. He uncovers that her death was part of a scheme orchestrated by Gant, altering his understanding of Michael's abduction.
