Eve Macarro, the daughter of two skilled assassins, finds herself engulfed in a world of danger and vengeance. Her father, Javier, a Kikimora of the Ruska Roma, and his unnamed Cultist wife lived in fear as they were pursued by a dangerous cult. During Eve’s childhood, chaos ensued when the cult targeted their family, resulting in the tragic death of her mother and forcing Javier to flee with Eve. Determined to protect his daughter, Javier sacrifices his own safety, fatally wounding himself in the process, as he helps Eve escape the clutches of the cult.

In New York, the owner of the Continental, Winston, steps in to guide Eve towards safety, introducing her to the Ruska Roma community. It is there that Eve meets the enigmatic Director and pledges to train under her guidance as she seeks retribution for her father’s death. Over a span of 12 years, Eve morphs into both a ballerina and a deadly assassin/bodyguard, honing her skills under the watchful eye of the Director and Nogi. During this time, she encounters John Wick, who implores her to stray from her path of violence—a request she ultimately dismisses.

Graduating as a Kikimora by proving her prowess in combat, Eve successfully protects her first ward, the heiress Katla Park, and embarks on numerous assassination contracts. However, her quest for revenge reignites when she is attacked by a fellow assassin, only to discover they belong to the cult she seeks to destroy. Driven by a yearning for vengeance, Eve approaches the Director to discuss the cult, but is met with resistance owing to a longstanding truce between the Ruska Roma and the cult.

Undeterred, Eve disobeys direct orders and ventures to the New York Continental, where she gains access to Winston. He informs her that a cultist named Daniel Pine is currently residing at the Prague Continental with a substantial bounty on his head. Eager for revenge, Eve travels to Prague and check into a hotel, unaware that several cultists led by Lena are also on the hunt. When she infiltrates Pine’s room, she discovers his young daughter, Ella, whom Pine is desperately trying to shield from the cult’s reach.

As tensions escalate, Lena heightens the bounty, prompting chaos as cultists and mercenaries collide. Eve leaps into action to aid Pine, but after a vicious battle, he is gravely injured, and Lena captures Ella. The Prague Continental staff step in to assist Eve, executing captured cultists for their outrageous assault against the establishment.

In a desperate attempt to seek armaments, Eve strikes a deal with arms dealer Frank, only to find herself under siege as the cult attacks his shop. After fiercely retaliating against her attackers, Frank reveals crucial information about the cult’s hidden base and arranges for her transportation. Eve’s pursuit leads her to Hallstatt, a town teeming with cult members, and she soon faces danger as the townspeople—many of them assassins—turn on her.

Eventually, Eve is captured by the cult and brought before the Chancellor, who uncovers her connection to the Ruska Roma tribe. In a shocking twist, he reveals that Pine is his son, making Ella his granddaughter. As she formulates her revenge, Eve learns that her sister, Lena, had been abandoned during their family’s escape from the cult, thereby complicating the bitter rivalry. In a frantic turn of events, grenades are unleashed, resulting in Lena’s demise as Eve secures her own escape.

Realizing the implications of Eve’s actions, the Chancellor declares an all-out war between their factions, pressuring the Director to intervene. To settle the conflict, the Director sends John Wick to confront Eve, who finds her deep in the throes of vengeance. When he manages to subdue her, John, understanding the cycle of violence she’s trapped in, grants Eve a fleeting chance to take down the Chancellor before he must fulfill his own contract.

In a climactic encounter, Eve battles the cult across Hallstatt, with John heroically taking down Dex in a bid to protect her. The chaos spirals further when the Chancellor seeks to escape with Ella, but just as he attempts to sway Eve to his side, she takes decisive action, executing him and rescuing Ella from harm’s way. Reporting the Chancellor’s death to the Director, John finds her relieved that a war has been averted, but the peace is fragile.

Reunited at the New York Continental, Ella embraces her recovering father, Pine, while Eve seeks solace within the shadows of her choices. Yet, her notoriety looms large as a significant bounty is placed upon her head. In a somber moment, she watches a ballet performance featuring the former Kikimora trainee Tatiana, which serves as a poignant reminder of the turmoil surrounding her—leading her to ultimately decide to leave the theater, confronting the impending chaos that awaits her.
