Raghuveer travels to his hometown in Bihar where Mahendra Babu arrives with his daughter Janki and a marriage proposal, complete with a dowry offer. Madhukar listens calmly but rejects the idea of an arranged union that would bind Raghuveer elsewhere. Raghuveer realizes his father's disapproval of Sia’s pregnancy shadows any potential alliance.

Raghuveer confronts his father, telling him that Sia is pregnant. Madhukar reacts with anger, yet he withholds his stance from Raghuveer’s mother, creating a tense family divide. Raghuveer’s mother urges him to be forthright, and he ultimately tells her about Sia, signaling the looming break with his family’s expectations.

At dawn Raghuveer heads back to Delhi to check his IAS results, but a van pulls up with masked men who abduct him. He fights to break free but is knocked unconscious and later wakes to find himself trapped in a hut, fed intermittently and guarded.

Raghuveer escapes but is recaptured by Mahendra’s men. The motive becomes clear: Mahendra intends to force Raghuveer to marry his daughter Janki. Raghuveer protests the coercion, and the captors overpower him to secure a consent he doesn't want to give.

Back in Delhi, Sia grows anxious about Raghuveer’s absence and his exam results, while Madhukar files a missing-person report with the police. In Bihar, the wedding arrangements go ahead quietly to bind Raghuveer to Janki, signaling the success of Mahendra’s plan.

Raghuveer arrives in Bihar dressed as the groom and is forcibly made to drink alcohol so the ceremony can proceed while he is unconscious. Janki sits by his side, distressed, as Raghuveer wakes to realize he has been married against his will. He explains his truth about Sia, while Janki admits she didn’t know the full plan.

Despite the grim start, Janki gradually grows attached to Raghuveer and the couple begins to navigate a fragile process toward mutual understanding. They spend time together, including a temple visit where Raghuveer confirms Sia’s name, unsettling Janki but marking the start of a new dynamic.

Mahendra’s men intensify pressure, and a drunken Raghuveer has sex with Janki. The morning after leaves Raghuveer tormented by guilt, while Janki responds with quiet acceptance, telling him he is her husband. This event shifts the power dynamics in their makeshift marriage.

Raghuveer returns to Delhi to see Sia and learns she plans to marry someone else due to his disappearance. She tells him there is no point pursuing their relationship now. Raghuveer finally shares his full story with his father, and Madhukar encourages him to stay in Delhi and continue his IAS studies.

In Bihar, Janki discovers she is pregnant. Her father reacts with anger, pressing abortion and arranging a possible second marriage to salvage the situation. The harsh stance devastates Janki, who resolves to fight for a future on her own terms.

Driven by a desire to resist her father’s plan, Janki packs her bags and leaves her family, aided by her sister-in-law and others who recognize the injustice. She heads toward a hopeful future with Raghuveer’s child.

Janki travels by cycle rickshaw, carrying her belongings as she moves toward a future with Raghuveer’s child. The film closes on a note of resilience, showing two imperfect families colliding and a young couple choosing to stand together despite tradition and pressure.
