Oskar Roehler’s drama follows the collapse of Robert (Andre Hennicke) and Marie (Marie Baumer), whose marriage hinges only on sex. Robert’s impotence and his estranged father’s death drive him to a prostitute, and he sleeps with her. Marie discovers the infidelity, and the prostitute has a surprise. It screened at the 2003 Berlin Film Festival.
