Krish, a Puducherry-based pianist, pretends to be blind to sharpen his piano skills. While crossing the street, he is knocked over by Julie, who befriends him and is impressed by his talent. Their romance begins as Krish keeps up the ruse of blindness.

At a diner, a retired actor named Karthick notices Krish’s talent and invites him to perform at his wedding anniversary. Krish sees a chance to refine his act and possibly win Julie’s admiration. The invitation marks a key turn toward Krish’s double life.

Krish goes to Karthick’s flat to give a private performance. Simi opens the door and Krish continues to play, maintaining the blindfold illusion. He spots Karthick’s corpse and notices Manohar hiding in the bathroom, revealing a dangerous crime inside the house.

Simi and Manohar clean the crime scene and stuff the corpse into a suitcase while Krish keeps playing to sustain the blind act. He maintains his cover, unaware of how deeply he’s entangled. The murder remains hidden, pulling Krish further into a dangerous conspiracy.

Krish tries to report the murder to Sub-Inspector Bala, seeking help. He is dissuaded when he learns Manohar works at the same station, suggesting collusion or danger. The police connection makes Krish’s position precarious and forces careful choices.

At Karthick’s funeral, D'Susa tells Bala about an unknown man (Manohar) seen at the flat on the murder day. The case grows murky as neighbors discuss suspicious activity. Krish’s presence during the events keeps him entangled in the mounting tension.

Krish delivers piano lessons to Sanjana and witnesses the murder again. He must continue feigning blindness to avoid tipping off Simi and Manohar. The weight of having seen the truth without being believed intensifies the danger around him.

Simi visits Krish and serves prasada while he makes coffee. She observes him carefully and reveals his secret after he spills the coffee on purpose. Krish realizes that the prasada has blinded him, complicating his ability to act.

Kappes, the neighbor’s son, records Krish fully seeing and shows the clip to Julie. When she arrives, Simi fabricates a scene implying Krish and Simi slept together. Heartbroken, Julie leaves Krish to face the consequences alone.

Krish regains consciousness and realizes the prasada has blinded him. Manohar comes to finish him off, but Krish escapes and collapses after hitting a telephone pole. The danger to his life becomes immediate and personal.

Krish wakes in an illegal organ harvesting clinic. Dr. Sami and his assistants plot to exploit Krish’s knowledge for profit and decide to spare him momentarily. They kidnap Simi, stage a suicide, and blackmail Manohar to stay in line.

Murali and Sarasu double-cross Krish, tying him up with Simi and planning to steal the money themselves. Murali pockets cash from Manohar but is wounded escaping. Manohar escapes, Sarasu knocks him out, and they discover the money is counterfeit.

Simi helps Krish free himself and Krish removes Simi’s blindfold. A struggle ensues; Sami enters and, after a brief fight, Krish and Sami knock Simi out. They tie Simi in the boot of a car and drive away, with Sami revealing Simi’s rare blood type and the plan to use her corneas to restore Krish’s sight.

Two years later, in London, Julie finds Krish and he recounts the entire ordeal. He explains how they drove away from the clinic, the events involving Simi, and the near-fatal turn of events. Julie listens, weighing his choices and the cost of his decisions.

Julie tells him he should have accepted Sami’s offer, and Krish quietly walks away. The final moment shows him using a cane to nudge a can out of his path, signaling a cautious, altered future and a person forever marked by the ordeal.
