Young June Bailey, fueled by her boundless imagination, collaborates with her mother to establish Wonderland, a whimsical amusement park. The park is brought to life by a variety of anthropomorphic animals, each with unique personalities and roles, such as Boomer the bear and Greta the adventurous wild boar.

In Wonderland, visitors are welcomed by Boomer, the gentle bear, and introduced to other lively inhabitants. Gus and Cooper, the beaver brothers, shine with their engineering skills, while Steve, the cranky porcupine, ensures visitor safety, and Peanut the witty chimpanzee has a special bond with June's mother's voice.

As the dynamic park flourishes, tragedy strikes when June's mother falls ill, casting a shadow over their lively world. Grappling with the profound impact of her mother's absence, June begins to lose her grasp on Wonderland and ultimately destroys the cherished blueprints that symbolize her imagination.

Following her mother's illness, June's father decides to send her to math camp, which she misconstrues as a desperate plea for help. Determined to return home, June concocts a plan with her friend Banky to stage a distraction on the bus to facilitate her escape.

On her journey home, June stumbles upon an abandoned Wonderland in the woods, overrun by a threatening entity known as the Darkness. This discovery ignites a sense of urgency within her to reclaim the park and restore its former magic.

Determined to revive Wonderland, June gathers her animal friends to repair the Clockwork Swings, a majestic ride. However, their efforts are obstructed by the sinister Chimpanzombies, once beloved toys turned malevolent by the Darkness.

In the midst of chaos, June becomes separated from her friends and finds herself lost in Zero-G Land. Here, she meets Peanut, who is disheartened by the absence of June's mother's voice, leading to a poignant realization of the Darkness symbolizing her inner struggles.

As June escapes Zero-G Land, she confronts the Chimpanzombies that have captured Peanut. Overwhelmed yet determined, she strives to revive the dwindling spirit of her animal friends, inspired by her newfound understanding of creativity.

When the Chimpanzombies threaten to pull Peanut into despair, June bravely leaps into the void to protect him. She vows to be his guiding voice, bolstered by her imaginative spirit and fierce determination to overcome the Darkness.

In a moment of ingenuity, June devises a plan to create a makeshift slide from pliable straws to aid in their escape. With Peanut's partnership, they bring this whimsical creation to life, symbolizing their teamwork and resilience.

As June slides down the constructed chute, she discovers her name inscribed in the blueprints tied to the Clockwork Swings. This revelation empowers her to reawaken the ride, channeling its whimsical power to dispel the encroaching shadows of Darkness from Wonderland.
