Govinda 'Vindha' Bhargav learns that his younger son Mohan Bhargav has died in a car accident while in Italy. This tragic news impacts Vindha deeply and sets the stage for the subsequent chain of events. Shortly afterward, assassins break into his hotel room, escalating the tension and danger surrounding his family.

During the attack, one of the assassins holds up a phone to Vindha, exposing a conversation with his friends Sarma and Varma. They confess to orchestrating Mohan’s death and reveal their plan to take over Vindha's business empire. Vindha secretly records this conversation before being killed by the gunmen.

Vindha's death news reaches his second wife, Indrani Bhargav. She discovers the audio recording of Vindha's killers, which becomes crucial evidence. She contacts Appaji, who then calls the unknown person, later revealed as Vindha’s eldest son Abhishikth Bhargav, setting the stage for the investigation.

ACP Sampath investigates Vindha’s history, revealing his rise from a middle-class background to a successful businessman. Vindha's refusal to bribe a politician led to an attack on his factory, which he managed to escape by secretly keeping a second vial of medicine, hinting at ongoing threats to his life.
