A Night in Old Mexico

Forced to surrender his beloved ranch, Red Bovie faces an uncertain future as he transitions to a trailer park lifestyle. This significant loss marks the beginning of Red's journey, propelling him into unexpected adventures.

Red embarks on a road trip with his grandson Gally, whom he has never really known. They head towards a destination Red whimsically dubs 'Old Mexico', seeking an escape from their current reality.

On the road, Red and Gally pick up two hitchhikers, Moon and J.T., who have recently made off with a large sum of drug money. This chance meeting introduces a new layer of danger into their journey.

After a dispute over stolen beer, Red drives away, accidentally taking the satchel full of cash that belongs to Moon and J.T. This event sets off a chain reaction of pursuit and conflict as the criminals seek to regain their money.
