The notorious biker drug dealer, Pomona Joe, makes his way to San Pedro. His intention is to collaborate with Monroe 'Overdose' Johnson, a well-known drug dealer from South Central.

Former gang members turned DEA agents, Sean Vetter and Demetrius Hicks, have dedicated seven years to hunting down Memo Lucero. Lucero is a powerful Colombian drug lord controlling a vast cartel running from Northern Mexico to Southern California.
