In Kuala Lumpur, the Asian drug trade thrives under Singhania and Don, two lieutenants of the late kingpin Boris. Deputy Commissioner D'Silva leads a special task force determined to capture Don and dismantle the operation. Don remains ruthless and untouchable, striking at rivals to protect his network.

Don murders Ramesh after a failed attempt to exit the business, signaling the cartel's brutal grip. Kamini, Ramesh's fiancée, is killed while trying to aid the police trap. Roma, Ramesh's sister, joins Don's gang to avenge her brother and Kamini from inside the criminal world.

During a failed police operation, Don is severely injured and falls into a coma. D'Silva recruits Vijay, a Mumbai stunt performer who could impersonate Don, and trains him to infiltrate the gang. D'Silva also promises schooling for Deepu, a child Vijay cares for, while Jasjit, Deepu's estranged father, is released from prison seeking revenge.

In the hospital, Vijay undergoes surgery to alter his appearance to Don. When Don dies of cardiac arrest, Vijay assumes Don's identity and re-enters the criminal world. He begins operating within the cartel and the web of loyalties that come with Don's name.

D'Silva assigns Vijay to recover a disc containing critical details of the cartel's operations. Roma tries to kill him to protect her own plans, but D'Silva steps in and confirms Vijay's true identity as an imposter. Vijay retrieves the disc and hands it to D'Silva, deepening the deception and control over the gang.

During a nightclub raid, Singhania is killed, signaling a power shift. A shootout leaves D'Silva fatally wounded, leaving Vijay without anyone to confirm his real identity. Arrested and disavowed by Don's associates, Vijay escapes during a prisoner transport while seeking Roma to prove his innocence.

Jasjit finds the cartel disc in D'Silva's apartment but is forced to exchange it for Deepu’s life when captured. He discovers that D'Silva is alive and actually Vardhaan, Boris’s other lieutenant who had orchestrated the entire plan to mobilize Vijay against Singhania. This revelation reframes the vendetta and sets up a new alliance against the puppeteer.

Jasjit rescues Deepu and teams up with Vijay and Roma to confront Vardhaan. They inform Interpol, triggering a global pursuit and leading to Vardhaan's arrest after a confrontation with Vijay. The trio's cooperation marks a turning point in dismantling the cartel's leadership.

With the immediate threat fading, Vijay's name is cleared and he is taken to a hospital where Roma confesses her love for him. He responds affectionately, but a nagging tension hints that something isn't as it seems. The moment deepens the emotional stakes while keeping the truth just out of reach.

In a twist ending, Don is revealed to be alive and had been masquerading as Vijay during the hospital encounter. He recovered from his coma, overheard D'Silva and Vijay's plan, and swapped places with Vijay after surgery. Don later murders Vijay with a fatal diazepam injection, making doctors believe Don had died.

The disc Vijay surrendered to authorities is revealed to be fake. With Singhania and Vardhaan removed, Don reclaims his identity and resumes leadership of the Asian drug cartel. The power vacuum is filled by Don's return and strategic control of operations.

Don is back at the helm, consolidating control while Roma mourns her unrequited love for Vijay and reflects on the costs of revenge. Vijay's fate remains unresolved in her eyes as the true Don's deception is finally laid bare. The cartel's future rests with Don's reclaimed leadership.
