At the end of 47 Meters Down: Uncaged, only Mia and Sasha manage to survive the harrowing ordeal in the underwater caves. They find a hidden passage that leads them to the surface, but their escape is not without danger. As they climb upward, they are pursued by a shark, and both lose their oxygen tanks.
