During an RAF air raid in Tunisia, Colonel Claus Von Stauffenberg suffers severe injuries, resulting in the loss of a hand and an eye. This incident marks a pivotal moment in his life as he grapples with his new reality.

After being evacuated from the front lines, Stauffenberg returns to Nazi Germany. This reintegration into his homeland sets the stage for his involvement in the plot against Hitler.

Major General Henning Von Tresckow attempts to assassinate Adolf Hitler by smuggling a bomb onto his aircraft. Unfortunately, the device fails to detonate, leading to dire consequences within the resistance group.

Stauffenberg is introduced to the German Resistance by General Olbricht. Here, he meets key conspirators who, despite past failures, are determined to eliminate Hitler.

Inspired amid an air raid, Stauffenberg proposes utilizing Operation Valkyrie, a protocol to mobilize the Reserve Army. The group manipulates the operation's orders to establish control after Hitler's assassination.

Stauffenberg meets Hitler at his Berghof estate and presents himself as a loyal soldier. Unbeknownst to Hitler, Stauffenberg successfully gets him to sign the modified orders necessary for the coup.

On July 15, 1944, Stauffenberg attends a strategic assembly carrying a briefcase bomb. However, due to Himmler's absence, he must delay his plan to assassinate Hitler, revealing the fragile nature of their operation.

On July 20, 1944, Stauffenberg returns to the Wolf's Lair with Lieutenant Haeften. He positions the bomb near Hitler, but a misplacement minimizes the explosion's effectiveness, leading to disastrous consequences.

As chaos ensues following the failed assassination, Stauffenberg and Olbricht attempt to initiate Operation Valkyrie. However, conflicting orders and confusion among the ranks lead to hesitation and uncertainty.

Amidst rising tensions, Major Otto Ernst Remer receives confirmation of Hitler’s survival during a phone call with Goebbels. This revelation sends shockwaves through the conspirators, exacerbating their precarious situation.

As the plotters feel the walls closing in, General Fromm begins a court martial against them. The conspirators find themselves trapped as chaos unfolds around them, resulting in their ultimate capture.

After being captured, Colonel Claus Von Stauffenberg faces execution. His final words, 'Long live sacred Germany!' resonate as a poignant reminder of the sacrifice made by those who resisted.

The events of July 20, 1944, mark the last documented assassination attempt on Hitler, highlighting the bravery of the conspirators. Their fight for justice and freedom is immortalized at the Memorial to the German Resistance.
