On the Red Planet they meet friendly Martians, but their antics awaken the giant vacuum‑wielding robot Invincitron, sparking a Martian invasion of Earth. With the help of their new Martian ally Peep, the cat, mouse and Peep outwit the robot, halt the invasion and restore peace.

During the testing of dehydrated food at the base, Jerry knocks over a cup, causing the food to spill everywhere in an explosive mess. The staff rush to capture him, but they determine that only Tom can catch Jerry. They bring Tom back to the base and assign him a mission to eliminate Jerry.
