In the Far Eastern Special Administrative Region—an artificial island nicknamed the 24th Ward—Shuta, Ran and Koki grow up together despite wildly different backgrounds. A mysterious incident shatters their bond, and a year later they reunite at a memorial. Suddenly all three phones ring; a presumed‑dead friend calls, forcing them to decide the island’s future.
