Eight years have passed since the events of 'Ek Tha Tiger.' The current whereabouts and fates of Tiger and Zoya remain a mystery to the world, setting the stage for a new mission filled with intrigue and danger.

In Ikrit, Syria, a group of 40 nurses, comprising 25 Indians and 15 Pakistanis, are held hostage by Abu Usman, the brutal leader of the ISC. This event underscores the catastrophic humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region.

Shenoy, the chairman of RAW, realizes the urgency of the situation and believes that only Tiger has the skills necessary to rescue the nurses. With a looming airstrike planned by the United States, time is of the essence.

While living in Innsbruck, Austria, Tiger and Zoya have built a life together with their son, Junior. However, this peaceful existence is threatened when Shenoy finds and approaches Tiger with the risky mission.

Initially hesitant to leave his newfound life, Tiger ultimately agrees to the mission after encouragement from Zoya. Their shared determination to serve their country reignites Tiger's sense of duty and purpose.

Tiger assembles a team with RAW agents Azaan, Namit, and Rakesh to devise a bold plan to rescue the nurses. They decide to infiltrate an ISC-controlled refinery disguised as illegal immigrants to set the stage for the rescue.

The team successfully executes a controlled explosion at the refinery, enabling their entry under the guise of being injured. Their arrival stirs suspicion but also presents a chance to gather crucial intelligence.

Amidst the chaos of the refinery, Tiger's compassion is evident as he saves a young boy who is caught in the grips of ISIS extremism. This moment humanizes the conflict and highlights Tiger's heroic nature.

Zoya learns about the plight of the Pakistani nurses and decides to join forces with Tiger. Together with ISI operatives, she strengthens their resources, but this partnership raises eyebrows within RAW.

As the mission unfolds, the situation grows dire during an explosives operation, resulting in unforeseen casualties. This incident puts Tiger's team at risk, prompting Firdauz to intervene with unexpected support.

Zoya uses her skills to infiltrate the municipal council building to acquire plans for the hospital where the nurses are held. Her efforts reveal the increasing danger posed by Usman's manipulative tactics.

In a critical move, Tiger concocts a poison aimed at incapacitating a portion of ISC soldiers to create an opening for their assault. This tactic illustrates the lengths to which the team must go to save the nurses.

As victory seems within reach, tragedy strikes when Zoya is captured by Usman, who reveals his awareness of the impending airstrike. The stakes rise dramatically as Tiger races against time to save her.

After defeating Usman and ensuring the nurses' safe return to India, a year later, Shenoy learns that Tiger and Zoya are alive and thriving in Greece. Their journey together continues, strengthened by love and sacrifice.
