Firangi betrayed Jahaazi to save his own skin when faced with British pressure. However, his loyalty was never fully with either side, he was a conman who constantly calculated personal survival and gain, even as he began developing genuine respect for Jahaazi.

Firangi was introduced as someone who deceived both merchants and bandits, establishing his pattern of double-dealing from the start.

Zafira witnessed Clive execute her brother Aslam and kill her father Mirza when she was a child. Raised by Khudabaksh after the massacre, she trained as a warrior specifically to kill Clive and free her homeland from British rule.

The trauma of losing her family at such a young age, combined with Khudabaksh's training, set her on the path of vengeance.

The phrase 'seemingly claiming his life' indicates the film is keeping his survival open, a common action film technique.

Clive chose the Dussehra festival to publicly execute Zafira, turning the celebration into a display of power. This forced the rebels into action and led to the climactic final battle at Mirza's fort.

The festival's public nature made it the perfect stage for Clive's final show of dominance and the rebellion's ultimate confrontation.

Suraiyya was a dancer who captured Firangi's interest when he encountered her. Their relationship developed alongside his involvement in the rebellion, and she ultimately chose to follow him when he left for England at the end.

Their connection was established early when Firangi became entangled with her during his schemes.
