Moon, portrayed by Juliette Marquis, is a captivating young woman who has established a thriving empire solely based on her raw sexuality. However, she finds herself entangled in a complicated web of interpersonal relationships. While she works on renewing her contract, Moon’s personal life is anything but stable. Her father, played by James Woods, grapples with the challenges of Parkinson’s disease, while a blind date, Kip Pardue, is hesitant to grow closer to her due to his own concerns regarding her career path.

Amidst this turmoil, Moon’s friend Jessie introduces an enticing opportunity—fidelity testing for other women. Seeing potential in this new venture, Moon decides to extend her services. One client seeks Moon’s assistance to test her husband, Terry, who is portrayed by Michael Rapaport. Terry, a car salesman, becomes unfortunately entwined in Moon’s scheme when she offers to provide physical intimacy in exchange for a deal on a vehicle. As things heat up between them, Moon attempts to sneak out through the bathroom window but is caught by Terry just in time. When he learns the truth of her hired presence, his emotional reaction triggers a violent confrontation as he implores her to keep his infidelity a secret, offering her money in return. Upon her refusal, Terry resorts to physical aggression, striking her car with a metal pipe while hurling threats.

Flashbacks reveal Moon’s early days in the industry, tracking her journey as a budding star in the world of adult entertainment. These reflections encourage Moon to reassess her life choices and consider stepping away from the business, a decision that is met with warmth and support from Aronson.

Yet, Terry’s simmering rage propels him on a path of revenge. He confronts Moon, his fury boiling over with accusations about how she has damaged his life. When Moon stands her ground, he becomes violent, wielding a knife and threatening her father’s safety. Despite his aggression, Moon uses her strength and resilience to defend herself, landing a fierce headbutt that breaks his nose and sends him fleeing in fear.
