The Triangle

Three friends—Stu, Tommy, and Gus—decide to take a pleasure cruise through the Bermuda Triangle. Stu's fiancée Julia insists on joining the trip, adding tension to the group. They set out with a sense of adventure, unaware of the danger ahead.

Gus and Tommy stumble upon a voodoo sacrifice; Gus snaps a photo. A voodoo priestess curses under her breath, warning them to leave. The encounter unsettles the group as they continue toward their voyage.

At the dock, their chartered boat is a wrecking vessel operated by Captain Morgan and Charlie. Despite the roughness, the crew convinces them to sail out for the trip. The crew's gruff professionalism hides uneasy tension among the passengers.

During a dive, Julia sees the ghost of a little boy and starts to drown. A heavy fog rolls in and the boat's electronics fail, plunging the vessel into uncertainty. The eerie turn marks the first supernatural omen of the voyage.

A large ship, the RMS Queen of Scots, materializes on the horizon. Everyone agrees to board it to salvage its power source and parts to fix Morgan's boat.

They quickly find the captain's log and realize the Queen of Scots had been having similar problems. Morgan insists he can repair the ship, and they split up to search for the power source.

Morgan and Tommy discover an elevator that appears to run without power; when the door opens, a cricket ball rolls out, signaling something strange. They realize their own boat has drifted away.

Inside a room, Gus sees the same ghost from Julia’s encounter and suffers a fatal heart attack. The supernatural danger takes a lethal turn for one of the friends.

Stu finds a vault filled with money and an old cricket bat. Julia tries to stop him as he gathers the cash, and he kills her in a fit of rage.

Tommy and Charlie awaken from nightmares and discover Gus’s body. They frantically search for Stu, but outside the ship’s vault they find Julia’s bloodied flashlight as a grim clue.

Stu sneaks up on them, locks them in the ballast, and begins flooding the compartment. The ballast holds skeletal remains of the ship’s passengers and crew, and they also find Julia’s body, confirming Stu killed her.

Captain Morgan remains unaware of the danger for a moment, then confronts Stu and is mortally wounded. Before dying, he tells Tommy that Stu is acting like the doomed passenger who went crazy and killed everyone with a cricket bat.

Tommy and Charlie attempt to escape as Stu pursues. Tommy pushes Stu through a pane of glass, and he and Charlie prepare to flee in a small dinghy, ending Stu’s assault on the survivors.

Tommy escapes to the dinghy as the Queen of Scots reanimates and closes in. He fires a flare, igniting petrol and causing the ship to explode. Patrol boats arrive to rescue the survivors, and a closing broadcast hints that the Bermuda Triangle is a wormhole.
