There's Something Wrong with the Children

Ellie and Thomas Huerta, along with their children Lucy and Spencer, arrive at the serene getaway in the woods. They are joined by their friends, Ben and Margaret, each settling into their neighboring cabins for a relaxing vacation.

While hiking through the forest, the group stumbles upon a dilapidated building hidden among the trees. Drawn by a mysterious glow from a deep hole, Lucy and Spencer approach it, not realizing the danger that lies ahead.

Later in the cabins, Ellie opens up to Margaret about the tension in her marriage, stemming from a drunken night gone wrong. The revelation of their intimacy with another couple adds strain to their relationship, highlighting their challenges.

Margaret offers to babysit Lucy and Spencer for the night, providing Ellie and Thomas a chance to reconnect. The gesture seems kind-hearted, but tensions begin to simmer as the next morning reveals that the children have gone missing.

Margaret races back to the cabins for safety, but is met with Ben once more, transformed and menacing. In a heart-stopping moment, she finds herself cornered by Ben, Lucy, and Spencer on the road, forcing her to make a harrowing decision.

Desperate and resolute, Margaret accelerates her vehicle toward the trio blocking the road. The terrifying climax leaves her fate uncertain, as her survival instincts clash with the horror that has consumed the woods.
