The tranquility of Eliza's life is shattered when poachers kidnap Tally, one of the cheetah cubs she adores. Fueled by determination, Eliza vows to rescue the little cub and bring him back to safety.

Eliza is whisked away to a prestigious boarding school in London by her grandmother, Cordelia. This sudden transition marks a poignant moment in her life as she is uprooted from her beloved home.

As Eliza settles into her new life, she is taken aback to discover that Darwin, her loyal chimpanzee companion, has stowed away in her suitcase. Their reunion leads to comical situations that lighten the mood amidst her worries.

In a vivid dream, Eliza receives a vital message from Shaman Mnyambo, urging her to take action and save Tally. This awakening compels her to embark on an audacious journey back to Africa with Darwin.

Back in the Thornberry family's RV, Debbie struggles to manage her unruly adoptive brother Donnie. Their parents, Nigel and Marianne, are away capturing the beauty of a solar eclipse, missing the family chaos.

As Eliza reconnects with the Blackburns, she realizes the poachers are devising a sinister plan to capture a migrating elephant herd in Tempo Valley. This revelation deepens her resolve to thwart their dangerous plans.

Eliza faces a critical moment when she learns of the Blackburns' electrified fence designed to trap the elephants. She bravely steps up to confront Sloan, showcasing her unique ability to communicate with the animals.
