The Trip

Lars, a soap opera director, finds himself increasingly discontented in his strained marriage with Lisa, a struggling actress. Despite their shared ambitions, the couple feels trapped in their unfulfilling lives, leading to secret plans to eliminate each other.

Seeking an escape, Lars and Lisa decide to take a weekend trip to a remote cabin. Unbeknownst to each other, they both plot to get rid of the other during this getaway, setting the stage for impending chaos.
