The film follows affable yet simple Hiroshi as he spends a sweltering summer in a small, parochial town, moving in with his girlfriend Haruka. Their relationship features athletic, bizarre lovemaking, but a dark storm looms when Haruka’s ex‑boyfriend unexpectedly appears at the door, putting their fragile bliss at risk.
