The Snow Queen

One year after the Snow Queen's defeat, Orm lives with his grandmother Rosa in the troll village and works as a miner. He swears at Lake Gao to never tell a lie, but his reflection comes to life the moment he lies, nudging him toward deception and turning his quiet days into tension.

Orm is fired for insulting the knight Arrog and faces eviction from his cottage. His living lie-figure pushes him to don armor and join a contest to decide who will marry Princess Maribel, in a bid to impress the King.

Gerda arrives at the village with Kai and Alfida, overhears Orm's lies, and a sharp quarrel ensues. The confrontation drives Gerda away and seeds a fracture in their long friendship.

Orm and Rosa head toward the King's palace, where the King confesses that he feels he has seen Rosa before, stirring memories. Then the North Wind abducts Princess Maribel, prompting a royal decree that whoever rescues her will win her hand.

Orm, Arrog and other warriors set out to rescue Maribel but Orm abandons the expedition and heads to Gerda’s village. There he discovers that her mirror has vanished in a theft and sends Gerda a message asking her to meet him at the ominous Black Cliffs.

From the road, Orm drafts a message to Gerda to meet him at the Black Cliffs, hoping to explain himself. He hopes their past friendship can survive the peril ahead.

On the way, Gerda, Kai and Alfida encounter trolls and learn that Orm has left the group. Disheartened, Gerda sails away with the others, leaving Orm alone at the cliffs.

Distraught, Orm is manipulated by his blue, frost-covered reflection into stepping into the real world, where he freezes the ocean and traps Gerda and the others. The moment crystallizes the cost of his deception.

The reflection, now calling itself the Snow King, explains that as he gains power, Orm grows weaker and more invisible. The Snow King unleashes his army, overwhelming Orm’s friends and encasing them in ice.

The Snow King deceives Gerda into thinking he is the real Orm, freezing Gerda and Luta, while Orm is trapped in the mirror realm.

Trapped, Orm realizes the Snow King was born from his lies; he must confess aloud. His courageous confession shatters the Snow King's hold and thaws the captives.

With the threat gone, Orm returns to the troll village, where he is celebrated as a hero. Rosa weds the King, and Orm rekindles his friendship with Gerda; Arrog also marries the Princess as their futures unfold.
