During a chaotic hospital party, the infamous Michael Myers awakens and launches a relentless killing spree through the corridors, slaughtering anyone in his path. He is joined by fellow horror icons Leatherface and Jason, while a wandering zombie searches for pirated copies of “Resurrection of Michael Myers (Part 1)”. The film devolves into an unrelenting, blood‑splattered melee of horror.
