Massimo visits the grave of his twin brother, Adriano, who met a tragic end in the turmoil of the previous film. Following this somber visit, he checks on Laura, who is recovering from the traumatic ordeal caused by Anna and Adriano’s attack. Despite the doctor advising against intimacy during her healing process, the sexually frustrated Laura finds a way to seduce Massimo during one of his business meetings, setting the stage for a complicated relationship.

Later, while unwinding with her best friend Olga, Laura reflects on her miraculous survival and ponders what she could achieve with this unexpected second chance at life. Suddenly, her phone rings—it’s Nacho, reaching out to apologize for his earlier deceit and confessing that he can’t stop thinking about her. Laura, however, remains silent, and the film closes on a tense cliffhanger, leaving her ultimate choice uncertain.
