The New One-Armed Swordsman

Hero Lung and his Tiger Mansion students frame Lei Li for the crimes, using their influence to cover up the real robberies and murders. Lung plans to defeat Lei Li in a public trial by combat so that Lei Li will be blamed and Lung can gain greater fame. The martial arts world grows tense as Lei Li is forced to confront the accusation while the true culprits walk free.

Lung challenges Lei Li to a trial by combat, promising that the loser will cut off his right arm and retire from the martial arts world. This duel becomes a clash of reputation and power as Lung tries to secure his own legacy. Lei Li reluctantly agrees, aware that the terms would seal his fate either way.

In the duel at Tiger Mansion, Lung uses a counter technique against Lei Li’s twin swords and defeats him. Lei Li is forced to sever his right arm in disgrace and withdraw from the martial arts world. He begins to walk a new, humbled path away from fighting.

Dejected, Lei Li takes a job as a helper at Boss Li’s eatery, using his martial arts skill to perform tasks with one arm. Customers mock his disability, testing his pride, while Ba Jiao respects his hidden talent and perseverance. The eatery becomes the place where he tests resilience and rediscovers his abilities.

Fung, a swordsman who fights with two swords, intervenes when two Tiger Mansion students bully Lei Li and harass Ba Jiao. He defeats the two thugs, earning Lei Li’s reluctant respect and opening the door to a future friendship. Lei Li, however, rejects Fung's invitation to return to the martial arts.

Ba Jiao steals a powerful sword from her father and secretly gives it to Lei Li, hoping to empower him. Lei Li rejects the sword at first, preferring to rely on his own skill. Ba Jiao is later kidnapped by Tiger Mansion students, signaling the danger that surrounds Lei Li.

Lei Li calls on Fung for help after Ba Jiao's kidnapping, and Fung intervenes to save her, killing one of the attackers. The rescue strengthens their bond, and Lei Li accepts Fung as a sworn brother.

Fung accepts an invitation from Tiger Mansion to denounce their crimes publicly, hoping Lung will side with him against the mansion's corruption. Lei Li warns Fung that Lung’s loyalty is unreliable. Fung vows to retire from martial arts after the gathering and live a peaceful life with Lei Li.

At the gathering, Fung denounces Chief Chan, provoking Lung who defends Chan and accuses Fung of murder. The two duel, and Lung wins using the same counter technique he used against Lei Li. Fung refuses clemency and dies fighting Chan and his students.

News of Fung's death reaches Lei Li, fueling his rage. He attacks Tiger Mansion in vengeance and kills Chan and his students. After this, Lei Li chooses a path of revenge that is personal rather than blind allegiance to the martial world.

Lung awaits Lei Li on a nearby bridge for their final confrontation. Lei Li counters Lung’s technique by throwing three swords into the air and catching them to strike back. He cuts off Lung’s right arm and pushes him off the bridge, ending Lung’s reign.

With Lung dead, Lei Li is finally reunited with Ba Jiao. The reunion marks a new chapter as the couple faces the future together, free from Lung’s tyranny.
