The Man from Toronto

Teddy Jackson, an aspiring fitness entrepreneur, initiates a promotional video for his struggling fitness business. Clad in workout gear and using elastic bands, his attempts at non-contact boxing humorously fail, showcasing his chronic misfortunes.

In an isolated desert, an assassin known as The Man From Toronto arrives at a cabin with the intent of interrogating a suspect. His brutal methods prompt the suspect to reveal critical information just before meeting a grim fate at the hands of an associate.

As Teddy prepares to celebrate his anniversary with his wife Lori, he faces the reality of his unending misfortunes. He has planned a romantic getaway at an AirBNB, but an address mix-up due to printer issues leads to trouble.

At work, Teddy's incompetence is laid bare when his boss Marty fires him for failing to provide essential contact information on promotional flyers. Despite his previous appreciation for Teddy's efforts, the decision reflects Teddy's continuous streak of bad luck.
