Saisyu Kusanagi is the elder patriarch of the Kusanagi clan, whose mental state has been damaged by past conflicts. Scott Hana is Chizuru Kagura's colleague who uncovers that Rugal has altered the King of Fighters database. He appears in Seattle and helps relay critical information to support the mission. His involvement emphasizes the interplay between intelligence networks and supernatural threats.
