The Hangover Part II

Stu Price prepares for his wedding to Lauren, keen to avoid the chaos of a past Las Vegas trip. He initially declines invitations from his friends Doug and Phil for a bachelor party, favoring a calm celebration at IHOP.

After some persuasion from Tracy, Stu ultimately agrees to travel to Thailand with his friends for a wilder bachelor party. The group also includes Phil's wife, Stephanie, and Lauren's younger brother, Teddy.

At the rehearsal dinner, Lauren's father gives a stern toast that foreshadows trouble ahead. This moment hints at the challenges Stu and his friends may face during the bachelor party.

The next morning, Stu, Phil, and Alan wake up in a run-down hotel room in Bangkok with no memory of the previous night. They are bewildered to find that Stu has a Mike Tyson-like tattoo and Alan's head is shaved.

As they search for answers about the night's events, they encounter Leslie Chow, a figure from their past. Their confusion deepens when they mistakenly think they have found Chow's dead body, leading to a frantic effort to hide it.

The group's search escalates when they receive a dubious clue about Teddy's whereabouts from Doug, who had left early. They visit a police station in hopes of finding him but instead meet a mute, wheelchair-bound monk.

Their investigation leads them to a tattoo parlor where Stu got his tattoo. Here, they uncover a web of mishaps and misadventures from the previous night, but the pieces still do not fit together.

While attempting to piece together their night, the group is ambushed by Russian mobsters who kidnap Chow and injure Phil in the scuffle. The attack leaves the group shaken and raises the stakes in their search for Teddy.

After the chaos with the mobsters, Alan confesses to accidentally drugging marshmallows intended for Teddy. This error leads to increasing tension among the friends as they unravel the consequences of their actions.

A crucial clue is discovered when Alan reveals an address tattooed on his stomach. This leads to a meeting with Kingsley, who is connected to Chow and is demanding Teddy's safety in exchange for a password.

In a thrilling twist, they discover that Chow is still alive and engage in a high-speed chase against the Russian mobsters. The urgency dramatically escalates as they scramble to rescue Teddy.

After acquiring the bank account password from Kingsley, the trio is unexpectedly confronted by Interpol agents who unveil his true identity as an undercover operative. This revelation complicates their plans significantly.

Just when relief seems out of reach, they find Teddy in the hotel elevator, though he has lost a finger in a mishap. The group's joy is palpable, but they can't ignore the chaos they faced to get there.

With Chow's speedboat, the group makes a desperate dash back to the wedding. They arrive just in time to prevent Lauren's father from calling off the wedding, showcasing their frantic heroics.

The wedding reception becomes a joyous celebration thanks to a surprise musical performance from Mike Tyson. As they reminisce about their chaotic adventure, Teddy finds a collection of photos that immortalize their unforgettable night.
