The Devil's Rain

Family patriarch Steve Preston falls victim to Corbis's wicked clutches. In a moment of desperation, Steve manages to escape and warns his wife Emma and son Mark of the sinister forces threatening their family.

In his final moments, Steve implores Emma and Mark to surrender the cursed book in a bid to protect them. He meets a tragic fate as he melts away like wax, a harrowing reminder of the dark powers at play.

As the fear surrounding their family grows, Mark turns to family friend John for guidance. They plot to hide the cursed book and seek a trusted ally to safeguard their lives from Corbis and his followers.

Just when Mark is ready to confront Corbis, tragedy strikes as they are ambushed by cultists. Emma is kidnapped during the chaos, leaving John terrified and bound, and deepening the family's plight.

Mark gathers his courage to confront Corbis in a desolate wasteland. He encounters a horrifyingly transformed Emma, her empty gaze indicative of her submission to evil forces, challenging Mark's determination.

While John calls for help to the authorities, Mark's older brother Tom and his wife Julie take matters into their own hands. Their desperate search leads them to an abandoned town, but they are soon ambushed by Corbis's followers.

Tom disguises himself as a defeated Satanist to infiltrate Corbis's lair. He witnesses a twisted ritual aimed at converting Mark into a soulless minion and manages to escape just in time.

Tom reunites with Dr. Sam Richards, a psychic researcher, and together they delve into the mysteries of the cursed book. They discover Corbis's power resides in a glass bottle known as 'The Devil's Rain', containing the souls of his minions.

Realizing the urgency of the situation, Tom and Richards devise a strategy to recover 'The Devil's Rain'. Their stealthy approach is met with overwhelming force as they are ambushed by Corbis's cult.

After a near escape, Corbis seizes the opportunity to claim the ancient tome in a dark ritual intended to transform Julie into a monstrous being. The stakes have never been higher as time runs out for the Prestons.

Despite warnings about the potential consequences, Mark ultimately decides to destroy 'The Devil's Rain'. This choice unleashes hellish energy, obliterating Corbis and his minions and setting fire to the church.
