A couple drives to a field rumored to be McGroo's burial ground where the legend is kept alive by wary locals. Boom Boom explains the origin of the nickname Oneshoe, tied to poverty and a stolen shoe. He also mentions an eyepatch adorned with a Christmas tree that fuels McGroo's pirate obsession.

In the field, McGroo's vendetta turns physical as Boom Boom is forced to urinate under duress. The killer rips off Boom Boom's testicles and leaves Kitty wounded, escalating the brutality. The assault underscores McGroo's predatory reach and silent menace.
