In a quiet rural Thai coffee shop, an elderly man tends the place with his striking teenage daughter, and the everyday calm is shattered when a gang of local thugs bursts in, roughing up customers and turning hostile toward the daughter. The scene is saved by a figure who arrives with impeccable style and poise: Iron Pussy Michael Shaowanasai. After the rescue, she slips away into the undergrowth and re-emerges as a lean, shaven-headed man who hops onto the back of a motorcycle and heads for Bangkok.
On the road, the motorcycle driver Theerawat Thongjitti recalls the day his fate changed. Crazed from a drug overdose, he had taken a young woman hostage, and Iron Pussy arrived not to save the hostage but to save him. Since that moment, the two have become an unlikely pair, their bond forged in the heat of danger and distant from ordinary life.
Back in the city, Iron Pussy makes a routine appearance at her Bangkok job: she works as a courteous, professional clerk in a bustling 7-Eleven. The calm is punctured when a computer screen suddenly blurts out a message: > Hello Iron Pussy. It’s a secret summons that signals a new assignment from the prime minister and his cabinet, who appear in a temple setting to sing the praises of Iron Pussy and to brief her on her mission. The moment blends satire with spectacle, and Iron Pussy takes a moment to make merit at a nearby river, releasing turtles and fish before stepping back into the mission.
To carry out the assignment, Iron Pussy must infiltrate a lavish party at the mansion of Madame Pompadoy [Darunee Khrittabhunyalai], a wealthy hostess with far-reaching influence. The target is Mr. Henry [Krung Srivilai], a foreign figure who travels to Thailand and returns with substantial wealth, and the operation hinges on uncovering his mind-control drug plot. Iron Pussy’s cover leads her into the household staff as a maid, where she begins to see the undercurrents of a larger scheme.
This mission brings Iron Pussy into contact with Tang [Krissada Sukosol Clapp], Madame Pompadoy’s charming son, who carries a confident air and is entangled in a romance with Rungranee [Siriyakorn Pukkavesh], a globe-trotting socialite. Iron Pussy finds herself drawn to Tang, even as a nagging sense tells her that something about their relationship isn’t right. The layers of personal and political intrigue begin to intertwine as she uncovers hints of a larger conspiracy linking Mr. Henry’s scheme to Tang’s circle.
At the mansion’s big party, Iron Pussy rises to the moment when the main entertainment fails to appear, and she steps forward to perform a song that wins over the guests and reveals a different kind of power—one that goes beyond the mission and into the heart of the drama unfolding around her. The performance becomes a turning point, and the attention it draws foreshadows revelations yet to come.
The story shifts toward the jungle, where the family departs for their annual deer hunt. It is there that truth breaks the surface: Iron Pussy is not only a secret agent but part of a hidden family history. Madame Pompadoy is revealed to be Iron Pussy’s mother, a revelation that casts new light on the adoption story and on the bond between Iron Pussy and her counterpart in Tang. The film culminates in the dramatic realization that Tang is Iron Pussy’s brother, bringing the threads of loyalty, love, and duty into sharp focus as the characters grapple with what they owe to one another and to the world they are trying to protect.
