Terror Toons 4

Doctor Carnage conducts experiments in Cartoon Dimension and kills a man in a brutal act. Max Assassin assists, intensifying the danger. This display foreshadows the Terror Toons material that will spill into Earth via the DVD.

On Earth, Cindy and Candy are alone with Amy while they await Rick and Eddie. Candy watches a Terror Toons DVD created by Satan featuring Doctor Carnage and Max Assassin. The film hints that the danger from the cartoon world is about to break into their lives.

The Strip Ouija session invites mischief. As Candy dozes, Carnage and Max materialize in her room and confront the group. This marks the first direct intrusion of Terror Toons into their house.

Carnage and Max invade Candy's room and attack Candy, killing her. Tommy stops by and is killed by the villains. A pizza delivery man is harmed during the chaos, while Eddie looks on in horror.

Escape is thwarted as all doors in the house become vertigo inducing spirals. Rick is abducted by Carnage and Max and subjected to brain experiments. The threat escalates as the group realizes Terror Toons has invaded their home.

A police officer released from Terror Toons is killed by a hidden dynamite inside a box of donuts. The incident shows that the danger extends beyond the house.

Cindy is captured by Carnage, and Rick, lobotomized, is forced to watch Amy's murder. The duo is taken to a darker location where the violence unfolds.

Cindy is taken to a cartoon version of Hell and presented to the Devil, who explains his plan to use Terror Toons to corrupt Earth. Realizing that anything is possible in cartoons, Cindy embraces a superhero persona and is sent back to her house.

Back at home, Cindy discovers a machine producing Terror Toons DVDs. Max attacks her, but she uses her newly discovered powers to defeat him.

Carnage returns with a giant axe and confronts Cindy. Using her powers, she defeats him in the final confrontation.

Monsters spill from the remains of Carnage as the Terror Toons danger lingers in the cartoon world. Cindy uses a crowbar to destroy the Terror Toons DVD press, ending the immediate threat.

Cindy's parents return home to a chaotic scene and find Rick babbling, with the remains of her sister and friends around. The house is left scarred by the events, and the threat feels unresolved.

A boy next door discovers another Terror Toons copy in his mailbox and rushes inside with it. The front door slams shut and Carnage's giggle is heard, signaling that the danger may be far from over.
