Terror at Red Wolf Inn

Regina receives a mysterious letter announcing she has won a free seaside vacation at the Red Wolf Inn. After calling the number, she learns a private plane is waiting for her at the airport and she is whisked away to a remote destination. There, she is greeted by Baby John Smith, a charming but unsettling young man.

Regina is welcomed by Henry and Evelyn Smith, the elderly proprietors who claim to be Baby John's grandparents. Two other guests, Pamela and Edwina, are already staying at the inn. During a lavish dinner, Evelyn presses everyone to eat more, creating an unnerving sense of control.

That night, Regina goes to the kitchen for antacid and is suddenly confronted by Baby John emerging from the walk-in refrigerator with a large knife. The terrifying moment wakes the other guests, but Baby John calmly apologizes and returns to his room. Edwina later remarks that Regina and Baby John seem drawn to each other.

The next day, Edwina and Regina discover Pamela has vanished. Regina finds Pamela's stylish black dress hanging in a carriage house behind the mansion, along with a framed photo of the pilot who brought Regina there. The discovery hints that escape is not possible and the group remains in the inn's grasp.

Regina and Baby John share a playful, almost childlike flirtation on the beach. He shows a brutal streak by yanking a shark from his fishing line and bashing it against driftwood. Afterward, he tells Regina that he loves her and leaves her to process what just happened.

That night a party is held to celebrate Edwina's upcoming departure. After a lavish dinner, Henry and Evelyn abduct Edwina from her room and kill and dismember her, shocking the remaining guests. The atmosphere shifts from celebration to horror as Regina begins to realize the danger she is in.

The next day Evelyn isolates Regina, and Regina tries to call her mother but is cut off. A police car arrives, but it is revealed to be another grandson of the Smiths, confirming Regina is under their control. She realizes she has become a prisoner.

Regina opens the forbidden refrigerator and finds the severed heads of Edwina and Pamela, realizing the innkeepers are cannibals. The horror convinces her she could also be consumed, spurring a desperate bid for escape. She bolts, hoping to break free from the house.

Regina tries to flee with Baby John, but Evelyn and Henry block the exit. They release the inn's guard dog, which chases Regina into the greenhouse. Baby John kills the dog with a shovel to protect her, but the confrontation continues to escalate.

Back inside, the family confronts Regina and declares that she will become meat. Baby John is distressed and pounds dishes in protest, while Regina fights for mercy. He eventually helps her devise one last escape plan.

In the closing moments, Baby John sits with a toy truck as a song plays, revealed to be Regina in disguise. Regina is seen baking cookies for him, suggesting she has joined his world. In the freezer, Evelyn and Henry's severed heads lie stored, confirming Regina's eerie new role as the inn's chef.
